The aim of the Ethical Code is to define uniform ethical rules binding Agents of the European Compensation Centre S.A. in performing agency activities entrusted to them. Observance of these rules is a condition of achievement by the European Compensation Centre S.A. the top quality of services, aimed solely at the Customer's good.

Our Agents observe the generally accepted moral standards.

In their work they first of all:

• respect the personal rights and dignity of every Customer's, all the workers and cooperators of the European Compensation Centre S.A.
• care for the service of every Customer on a equally high level
• always provide the Customer with the best advice and in the well understood Customer's interests
• observe the rules of fair competition within the European Compensation Centre S.A.
• ethical co-operation is in force among the Company Head Office and the Agents'network.
