1. The agent of the European Compensation Centre S.A. represents the Company and uses its trade mark pursuant to the rules regulated by the procedures in force.
2. The agent of the European Compensation Centre S.A. undertakes trade talks with the Customer after prior checking whether the Customer does not remain in contact with other Agent of the Company.
3. The agent provides the Customer with exact, unambiguous and conforming to the current Company's offer, information about the service.
4. The agent presents and explains to the Customer the rights and duties resulting from the agreement and costs % connected with concluding it.
5. The agent does not accept any documents necessary for concluding the agreement signed by the third party who do not have appropriate authorization.
6. The agent observes the Customer's right to protection of his or her personal details, pursuant to the Act as of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Details
7. The agent is aware of the current executive procedures prepared and issued by the Company and observes them in his or her daily work.

In case of any infringement of:

• the Terms and Conditions of the Partnership Agreement
• the Regulations of The Ethical Code and the Sales Regulations

The agent of the European Compensation Centre S.A. is subject to the following sanctions:

• Oral reminder
• Written reprimand
• Suspension in the Agent's activity
• Termination of the Agency Agreement
• Deprivation of the Agent's commission
• Notification to the Public Prosecutor about the committed crime
