Krzysztof Lewandowski - The Chairman of the Board of Management
A graduate from the Polish Open University in Warsaw, in the field of business management, he gained his first professional experiences in Legemet-KGHM Poland Copper S.A. as an employee in the Marketing Department (1995-1997). Then he founded and conducted, as the Chairman Of The Board, the company Prefect Sp. z o. o. (Ltd) in Legnica. His next professional experience involved in 2002-2004 leading two civil partnerships one of which specialised in timber transport, and the other was involved in network management of clothes shops. In 2004 he established the European Compensation Centre Sp. z o. o. (Ltd.) (transformed in 2010 into the European Compensation Centre S.A.) in which he is the Chairman of the Board. In 2006, as a representative of the only limited partner - The European Compensation Centre Sp. z o. o. (Ltd.) - he founded the Legal Advisers' Office EuCO Jan Pypec and Partners, Limited Joint-Stock Company (at present the Legal Advisers’ Office EuCO - Joanna Smereczanska-Smulczyk and Partners, Limited Joint-Stock Company) in which is the General Manager. In 2008 he established Evropské Centrum Odškodného s. r. o. (Ltd) seated in the Czech Cieszyn, with nearly the same profile as EuCO. He is the Company’s commercial proxy (procurator) in the Czech company

Jolanta Zendran - Managing Director, the Company’s commercial proxy (procurator)
A graduate of the Philological Faculty of Wrocław University, she then completed postgraduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) - The College of Management and Finance. She is a sworn German interpreter. She started her career in the commercial company GEA TRADE in Legnica. Then she worked as the office Manager in Dialvita Sp. z o. o. (Ltd.) which specializes in management of non-public health care centres in Poland (2000-2001,) and in the Non-public Health Care Centre Dialvita seated in Głogów, where she worked on the position of the office manager (until 2004). Since 2005 she has been with EuCO, where is engaged on the position of managing director. On 22 April 2010 she was established the commercial proxy (procurator) of the Company.

Alicja Buza – Network Manager
She has been gaining experience in sales team management since 1995 in Easy Call Poland S.A. in Warsaw. In 1997 she started cooperation with the life insurance company Nationale-Nederlanden Polska S.A. She was an agent, a manager, a department manager. In 2000 she was a divisional director of TUnŻ Alte leipziger Hestia S.A. in Lubin. She returned to ING Nationale-Nederlanden Polska S.A. - the manager of divisions in Legnica and Wrocław in 2001-2006. In 2005 she received a certificate in International Coaching Certification Training - Lambert do Brasil. Throughout all the years of her work in TUnŻ she was on the top in the rankings of the best units and departments. She participation in the Academy of Talents in ING Polska S.A. Since 2006 she has been associated in EuCO S.A., where she works on the position of the Network Manager.

Agnieszka Szymanek - Executive Manager of the Damages Liquidation Department
Agnieszka Szymanek was a student of the Natural University in Wrocław in management and marketing. Her professional career began in 2003 in the commercial company Grochowski in Legnica, she also gained her professional experience abroad. Since 2006 she has been associated with EuCO, where she is engaged on the position of The Executive Manager of the Damages Liquidation Department.

Christopher Kobiak - IT Department Manager
He graduated of Wrocław Technical University in business management and the State Polytechnic in Legnica in computer engineering. His professional career began from being a computer network administrator in numerous institutions, including the Episcopal Curia in Legnica. Then he worked in the companies of Farmed Legnica and PharmExpress Sp. z o. o.(Ltd) seated in Wrocław. He developed his professional skills abroad as well, among other things strictly working with Digital Wonder World. Since 2006 he has been connected with the European Compensation Centre S.A., where since 2008 he has been the Manager of the IT Department. Since 2008 he has been a cofounder of the company the internet Business Partner seated in Legnica, and since 2009 he has been established the Vice-Chairman of the Company.

Joanna Smereczańska-Smulczyk - Executive Manager and a full partner of the Legal Advisers' Office EuCO Joanna Smereczańska-Smulczyk and Partners
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Wrocław University, entered into the legal advisers registers in the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wałbrzych. With EuCO connected from the year 2008. Earlier worked in KGHM Poland Copper S.A. the Department The Copper Mill Legnica on the position of a senior specialist responsible for legal issues and Barrister’s Office of the barrister Zbigniew Król.
